Nuvora AI creates an app-generated user ID so your data can sync with the backend without requiring an email/password account in the current release. The app receives a backend-issued client session token and uses it for scan, planning, subscription, export, and deletion requests. Do not attempt to use another person's app account or session.
Nuvora AI provides general wellness food-decision support. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, monitor, or cure any disease or condition. Nutrition estimates can vary by recipe, portion, image quality, label accuracy, and user edits.
Nuvora Plus is optional and may unlock higher scan limits, menu ranking, weekly planning, and coaching-style features. Purchases, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed by Apple App Store terms and your Apple ID settings. Restore Purchases is available in the app.
Nuvora AI provides account data export and account data deletion controls in the iOS app under Profile > Data & privacy. The public Account Center explains the same in-app deletion path, deletion scope, support fallback, and Apple subscription boundary. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting Nuvora AI backend data does not cancel Apple App Store subscriptions or remove Apple-managed purchase history.
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or uncertain. Nuvora AI may lower confidence or ask for more information when evidence is weak. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
The app and backend may change, pause, or stop at any time. Features may vary by region, app version, subscription status, and production provider configuration.
